Complaints process
Complaints are an important part of ensuring that good quality and safe practice are being produced by the NZBCA. We therefore take complaints seriously and use every one to assess and improve our service.
The form below is available to anyone who wishes to complain about services that they have received from one of our members. It is also available for any general complaint.
The form is also for NZBCA members who would liketo complain about the service of NZBCA.
All complaints are treated with the necessary confidentiality and respect.
The form is sent to the CEO of NZBCA and he will take the necessary action to address the complaint.
If the complainant would like a reply to the complaint , all they need to do is include their email address in the complaint.
